These are what are called "Emotional Baggage or Trapped Emotions." People use these terms to explain trapped feelings that are effecting or influencing their lives.
Have you ever found yourself going through a hard time in your life or a moment that was overwhelming or stressful? And through time, think you have forgiven yourself as well as those involved in the experience, only to find yourself having extremely CHARGED emotional feelings about the situation years later? Or of course you can have these emotions and KNOW you haven't been able to move on from these experiences. These emotions you think you have dealt with or even forgotten, are still causing problems in the body with out you even knowing it.
Emotions can effect us in more ways than you think. Physical pain as well as mental pain.
